Chicken In A Pocket - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 slice onion
    1 boneless chicken breast
    1 tsp. mayonnaise
    1 tsp. Dijon mustard
    julienned carrots
    julienned zucchini
    sliced mushrooms
    dot of butter or margarine (on top)
Preparation
    Spray a piece of foil with Pam.
    Layer ingredients in order given, spreading mayo and mustard over chicken breast.
    Close foil tightly.
    Bake at 400\u00b0 for 25 to 30 minutes.
    Yield:
    1 serving.
