Caesar Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 to 2 cloves garlic, minced
1 tsp. Dijon mustard
1 egg yolk
1/4 c. olive oil
1/2 fresh squeezed lemon
fresh grated Parmesan cheese
Romaine lettuce
Preparation

Tear
lettuce, rinse.
Wrap in dish towel and refrigerate. Mash
garlic
in wooden salad bowl.
Add next 4 ingredients, stirring constantly.
Toss lettuce in dressing, top with cheese. Serve immediately.
