Potato Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

12 gal. potatoes, boiled in their skins until done
1 c. mayonnaise
2 Tbsp. mustard
1/4 c. sugar
1 tsp. salt
2 small or 1 large onion, cut up fine
4 pickles, cut up
1 c. celery, chopped and olives (can be added if you like)
Preparation

Cook potatoes in jackets until done.
Cool, then peel to cube potatoes.
Mix Miracle Whip, prepared mustard, sugar and salt together.
Add the other ingredients and stir.
Then keep refrigerated.
Slice 4 hard-boiled eggs on top or stir in as you choose before serving.
