Green Beans Supreme - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 (9 oz.) pkg. frozen French-cut green beans
2 Tbsp. butter
1/3 c. chopped onion
2 Tbsp. flour
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 c. sour cream
1/2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
Preparation

Cook beans according to package directions; drain.
In a small saucepan, melt butter.
Saute onion until tender.
Add flour, salt and pepper mixing well.
Carefully blend in sour cream and heat thoroughly.
(Do not boil.)
Stir into beans and put into casserole.
Top with cheese and bake for 15 minutes at 350\u00b0. Serves 6 to 8.
Use 1-quart size casserole.
