Vidalia Onion And Potato Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 to 7 Vidalia onions
6 to 7 large white potatoes
2 cans condensed mushroom soup
2 lb. lean ground beef
salt and pepper to taste
Preparation

Season meat and brown in skillet.
Peel and slice potatoes and onions thinly.
Alternate layers of potatoes, onions and meat. Pour mushroom soup (undiluted) over all and top with grated cheese. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 to 55 minutes.
