Beef Steak Parmesan - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. round steak
    1 egg, beaten
    1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
    1/3 c. bread crumbs
    1/3 c. vegetable oil
    1 chopped onion
    1 (6 oz.) can tomato paste
    2 c. hot water
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    1/2 tsp. sugar
    1/2 lb. Mozzarella cheese slices
    1/2 tsp. marjoram
Preparation
    Pound steak; trim off fat and cut in pieces.
    Dip in egg; roll in Parmesan cheese and bread crumbs.
    Brown in oil.
    Lay in shallow baking dish in one layer.
