Zesty Chicken And Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2/3 c. uncooked rice
    1 can Durkee French fried onions
    1/2 tsp. Italian seasoning
    1 3/4 c. prepared Chix bouillon
    4 chicken breasts (halves)
    1/3 c. bottled Italian salad dressing
    1 bag (16 oz) frozen veggies
Preparation
    Heat oven to 400\u00b0.
    In 9 x 13-inch pan combine uncooked rice, 1/2 can French fried onions and Italian seasoning.
    Pour bouillon over rice mixture.
    Arrange chicken halves on top; pour salad dressing over chicken.
    Bake, covered, at 400\u00b0 for 30 minutes. Place veggies around chicken, covering rice only.
    Bake, uncovered, 20 to 25 minutes or until rice is done.
    Top chicken with remaining onions; bake, uncovered, 1 to 3 minutes until onions are golden brown.
    Serves 4.
