Cheesy Chicken Vegetable Soup - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. sliced zucchini
1 small onion, chopped
2 Tbsp. butter or margarine
1 can cream of potato soup
3/4 c. tomato juice
1/2 tsp. hot sauce
1 c. sliced carrots
1 tsp. oregano leaves, crushed
1 can Cheddar cheese soup
1 soup can water
1 1/2 c. cooked chicken or turkey
Preparation

In a large covered pan, cook zucchini, carrots and onion with butter until tender.
Add remaining ingredients.
Heat through, stirring often.
Makes 7 cups.
