Captain'S Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1/2 c. milk
    2/3 c. grated Cheddar cheese
    1 1/3 c. Minute rice
    1/2 tsp. oregano
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    2 cans tomatoes
    1/2 c. onion, chopped
    2 (6 1/2 oz.) cans tuna
    1/3 c. sliced stuffed olives
    1 c. bread crumbs
Preparation
    Combine rice, oregano and pepper in a greased 1 1/2-quart shallow dish.
    Heat soup, milk and cheese until cheese is melted. Drain tomatoes, reserving juice.
    Stir 1 1/2 cups tomato juice into rice (add water to make 1 1/2 cups, if needed).
    Arrange most of sliced tomatoes on rice.
    Add onion, tuna and olives.
    Pour on cheese sauce.
    Add remaining tomatoes.
    Sprinkle bread crumbs over top.
    Bake in a 375\u00b0 oven for 20 to 25 minutes.
