White Fruit Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

10 eggs
2 lb. shelled pecans, chopped
2 lb. white raisins
1/2 lb. citron
1/2 lb. candied cherries
1/2 lb. candied pineapple
1/2 lb. dried figs
2 c. flour
1 1/2 c. sugar
1 lb. butter
vanilla flavoring
Preparation
-
Cut all fruit fine.
Mix all ingredients.
Bake at moderate temperature until done.
(I always put a pan of water in the oven to keep it from drying out.)
