Butterscotch Candy - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. white sugar
    1 c. light brown sugar
    1 c. butter (2 sticks)
    2/3 c. white Karo
    1/2 c. water
    pinch of salt
    dash of nutmeg
Preparation
    Cook to soft to hard ball - 238\u00b0 to 240\u00b0. Test for firmness wanted by dropping 1/2 teaspoon in cold water.
