Country Fried Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. milk
    1 egg, slightly beaten
    1 c. all-purpose flour
    2 tsp. garlic salt
    1 tsp. paprika
    1 tsp. black pepper
    1/4 tsp. poultry seasoning
    1 frying chicken, cut up
Preparation
    Combine milk and egg in a medium bowl; set aside.
    Combine flour, garlic salt, paprika, pepper and poultry seasoning.
    Mix well.
    Dip chicken in milk and egg.
    Batter in flour mixture.
    Fry in deep fat.
