Zucchini Sausage Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 to 3 lb. zucchini
1 lb. sausage (hot or mild)
3 slices bread
2 eggs, beaten
garlic powder
1/2 onion, finely minced
pinch of oregano
1/2 stick butter
2 c. Parmesan cheese
salt and pepper
Preparation

Cook zucchini until tender.
Mash lightly.
Add browned sausage, cut up bread, melted butter, seasoning and 1 cup cheese. Mix well.
Fold in eggs and pour into greased casserole.
Top with bread crumbs and 1 cup cheese.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for about 1 hour until brown and set.
