Garbanzo Patties - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 can drained and mashed garbanzos
    1 onion, chopped fine
    1 1/2 Tbsp. McKay's chicken seasoning
    2 large eggs
    cornflake crumbs
Preparation
    Combine the first 4 ingredients together and stir.
    Add enough corn flake crumbs to make a stiff mixture.
    Drop by heaping tablespoonful equal to 1/4 cup into sprayed nonstick pan, using medium heat.
    Cook 5 minutes on both sides.
    Yields 10 patties. Cover with spaghetti sauce.
    Good served with spaghetti.
