Miracle Cheese Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 pkg. lemon gelatin
1 c. boiling water
3 Tbsp. lemon juice
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
1 can evaporated milk, chilled and whipped
3 c. graham cracker crumbs
1/2 c. melted margarine
Preparation

Dissolve gelatin in
boiling water; add lemon juice and cool. Cream together
cheese, sugar and vanilla.\tAdd gelatin and mix well.
Fold
in
whipped canned milk.
Combine cracker crumbs with melted butter.
Firmly
pack
2/3 of crumb mixture in bottom of 9 x
12
x
2-inch
pan.
Add
lemon\tfilling and sprinkle rest of crumbs on top.
Chill overnight.
