Red Velvet Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. margarine
3 eggs
2 tsp. vanilla
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. soda
1 Tbsp. vinegar
1 3/4 c. sugar
2 oz. red food coloring
1 c. buttermilk
2 1/2 c. cake flour
Preparation

Melt margarine, sugar and vanilla.
Add eggs and food coloring.
Sift flour and salt together.
Add buttermilk.
Combine soda and vinegar.
Add all to batter. Beat well with mixture. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
Grease and flour three 9-inch cake pans, one long or 2 square pans.
Use any kind of frosting, but I like White Cream Cheese.
