Fluffy Mashed Potatoes - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 medium potatoes, peeled and quartered
1 c. boiling water
1/2 c. evaporated milk
1 tsp. salt
dash of black pepper
Preparation
-
Cook potatoes in boiling water in tightly covered saucepan about 20 minutes or until tender.
Drain and mash.
Add evaporated milk, salt and pepper until fluffy and light.
Add more evaporated milk for softer mashed potatoes.
Serves 5.
