Broccoli Corn Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 eggs, beaten
    1 stick margarine, melted
    1 large onion, finely chopped
    6 oz. cottage cheese
    1 tsp. salt
    1 box Jiffy corn muffin mix
    1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen broccoli, thawed, drained and chopped
Preparation
    Beat eggs; add remaining ingredients.
    Blend and turn into 13 x 9-inch metal pan that has been greased or sprayed and bake at 400\u00b0 for 25 minutes.
    In a glass dish bake 40 minutes at 375\u00b0.
