Pumpkin Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. sugar
    3 1/2 c. sifted plain flour
    1 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
    1 tsp. nutmeg
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    2 tsp. soda
    2/3 c. water
    1/2 tsp. baking powder
    3/4 c. raisins
    3/4 c. chopped pecans
    2 c. cooked pumpkin
    1 c. cooking oil
    4 eggs
Preparation
    Mix all dry ingredients.
    Add liquids and beat well.
    Grease and flour four 1 pound coffee cans or 2 loaf pans.
    Pour coffee cans half full of batter and bake at 350\u00b0, about 50 minutes.
    Let cool and remove from cans.
