Cheese Ball - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 oz. cream cheese, softened
    6 oz. sour cream
    1 pkg. dried beef, chipped
    1/3 c. finely chopped onion
    1/2 c. finely chopped bell pepper
    2 Tbsp. parsley flakes
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    1/2 c. finely chopped pecans
Preparation
    Mix all together (except pecans). Form into ball. Chill 1 hour, then roll in pecans.
