Cinnamon Frosted Zucchini Bars - cooking recipe

1 3/4 c. flour
1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
3/4 c. butter
1/2 c. sugar
1/2 c. packed brown sugar
2 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
2 c. shredded zucchini
1 c. coconut
3/4 c. walnuts
Preparation

Generously grease a 15 x 10 x 1-inch baking pan.
Set aside. In a small mixing bowl, stir together flour and baking powder.
In a large mixing bowl, beat butter with mixer on medium speed for 30 seconds.
Add sugars, beating until fluffy.
Add eggs and vanilla. Beat well.
Stir in flour mixture.
Stir in zucchini, coconut and nuts.
Spread evenly in pan.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
