Sweet And Sour Sausage Balls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 c. water
    2 lb. sausage
    1 1/4 c. catsup
    1/4 c. packed dark brown sugar
    1 Tbsp. soy sauce
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1 (15 1/4 oz.) can pineapple chunks, drained
Preparation
    Shape sausage into 1-inch balls and brown over medium heat in a large, deep skillet.
    Drain on paper towels.
    Remove all grease from skillet.
    Add catsup, brown sugar, soy sauce, lemon juice and water.
    Simmer, covered, for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally. Add pineapple chunks.
    Simmer, covered, until heated thoroughly. Serves 6.
