Ingredients

2 c. rice, cooked
5 eggs
1 c. sugar
1/4 c. butter, melted
2 c. milk
1 tsp. vanilla
1/4 tsp. nutmeg
1/2 c. raisins
Preparation

Beat eggs; add sugar, butter, milk, vanilla and nutmeg.
Add rice and raisins, if desired, and pour into a greased 2-quart casserole.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
