Carrot Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. sugar
    1 1/2 c. Wesson oil
    4 eggs
    2 c. flour
    2 tsp. baking powder
    2 tsp. soda
    2 tsp. cinnamon
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. mace
    3 c. grated carrots
    1 c. chopped pecans
Preparation
    Mix sugar and oil together.
    Add eggs; beat well.
    Sift dry ingredients together.
    Add carrots and nuts; beat well.
    Bake in 3 greased and floured cake pans for 25 to 35 minutes at 350\u00b0.
