Southern Pork Chop And Rice Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 pork chops
    2 chicken bouillon cubes
    2 c. hot water
    1 c. raw rice
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 medium pepper, chopped
    1/2 small white onion, chopped
    1 tomato, peeled and sliced (I use canned tomatoes)
    pepper
    paprika
Preparation
    Brown pork chops.
    Place in shallow baking dish.
    Dissolve bouillon cubes in hot water.
    Pour over chops.
    Add rice and salt. Add vegetables; top with pepper and paprika.
    Cover and bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour or until chops are tender.
    Serves 4.
