Cabbage Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 cans tomato soup
    1 medium head cabbage
    1 small onion, minced
    1/2 to 1 c. Minute rice
    1 lb. lean ground meat
    1 tsp. parsley
    1 clove garlic, minced
    1 egg
    salt and pepper
    chopped cabbage (1/2-inch strips)
Preparation
    In 2 to 3-quart casserole, spray with Pam.
    Layer 1/2 can tomato soup.
    Top with 1/2 chopped cabbage.
    Mix rice, meat, onion, garlic, spices and 1 can tomato soup.
    Layer meat mixture on top of cabbage.
    Top with remaining cabbage and cover with remaining soup.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 until meat is done.
    Cover dish for juicier cabbage.
