Barbra'S Enchiladas - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 cans cream of chicken soup
1/2 c. sour cream
8 oz. diced green chilies
5 c. shredded Cheddar and Jack cheeses, mixed
1 (4 oz.) can chopped black olives
1 c. chopped green onions
1 c. diced cooked chicken (optional)
1 doz. medium flour tortillas
Preparation

Mix soup, sour cream, chilies, 4 cups shredded cheeses, olives, 1/2 cup onions and chicken in bowl.
Place a portion of filling across each tortilla and roll like jelly roll.
Place side by side in sprayed baking dish.
Spread remaining sauce mix over top of enchiladas.
Sprinkle with remaining grated cheeses and green onions.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 to 30 minutes.
Serves 6.
