Cheese Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 large pkg. (2 lb.) frozen hash brown potatoes
    1 pt. sour cream
    2 cans potato soup
    8 oz. grated sharp cheese
    1/2 tsp. garlic salt
    butter
    1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients in 2 1/2-quart casserole.
    Frozen potatoes don't have to be thawed.
    Just break up potatoes and add all the ingredients.
    Dot top with butter and sprinkle with 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour, uncovered.
    Serves 8. Can be prepared in afternoon for a dinner party.
