Ntozake Chicken - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 chicken, cut up (with or without skin)
1 clove garlic, bruised
4 Tbsp. melted butter
1 tsp. ground cinnamon
1 Tbsp. soy sauce
1/4 c. dry white wine
1 tsp. sugar
Preparation

Rub chicken with garlic.
Melt butter in baking dish.
Roll chicken parts in butter.
(Turn skin side up.)
Dust with cinnamon.
Sprinkle with soy sauce.
Bake 30 minutes in 400\u00b0 oven.
Sprinkle with wine and sugar.
Bake at 350\u00b0
for 30 minutes.
