Chicken Enchilada Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

12 corn tortillas
2 (5 oz. each) cans chunk chicken
1 can water
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 onion, diced and sauteed (optional)
1 c. shredded cheese
Preparation

In saucepan, place chicken, soup, water and onion.
Heat.
In casserole or baking dish, place about 3 tablespoons meat-soup mixture.
Tear tortillas and place 1 layer over chicken mixture. Top with cheese.
Layer until all meat mixture is used.
Top with cheese and bake at 400\u00b0 for about 30 minutes until heated through and cheese has melted.
