Steak Picatta - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 to 3 lb. round steak, cubed
    1 tsp. garlic powder
    1 small onion, chopped
    1 green pepper, coarsely chopped
    1 to 2 fresh Roma tomatoes, chopped
    2 (8 oz.) cans tomato sauce (El Pato yellow can is best)
    3 yellow chilies
    1 to ? jalapenos (depending on \"hot\" preference)
Preparation
    Brown meat in small amount of oil.
    Add onion and saute until onion is transparent (2 to 3 minutes).
    Add all of remaining ingredients and mix well.
    Add enough water to cover.
    Bring to low.
    Simmer.
    Cover and cook 20 minutes.
