Fried Fresh Corn - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 or 6 ears fresh corn, shucked, washed and cut off
    4 Tbsp. bacon grease
    1/2 stick butter
    2 Tbsp. flour
    2 Tbsp. meal
    salt to taste
Preparation
    Heat grease in skillet on medium heat.
    Add corn, flour, meal and salt.
    Cover with water.
    Cut butter up into corn.
    Cook on medium heat, stirring constantly to prevent sticking, until corn is done.
