Chicken And Broccoli Stir-Fry - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 Tbsp. oil
    1/2 lb. boneless chicken breast, sliced
    2/3 c. diagonally sliced carrots
    1/2 c. broccoli florets
    1 medium onion, sliced
    2 envelopes Lipton cream of chicken
    1 c. hot water
    hot rice or vermicelli
Preparation
    Heat oil in skillet, cook chicken and vegetables, stirring constantly for 5 minutes or until chicken is almost done.
    Add cup of soup.
    Blend well with water and bring to a boil, then simmer, stirring occasionally for 5 minutes or until sauce thickens.
    Serve over hot vermicelli.
    Makes 2 servings.
