Spinach Dip - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen chopped spinach, thawed and squeezed dry
    1/4 pkg. dry vegetable soup mix
    1 3/4 c. plain low-fat yogurt
    1/4 c. fat-free mayonnaise
    1 can water chestnuts, drained and chopped
    2 Tbsp. chopped chives or green onions
Preparation
    Stir dry soup into spinach thoroughly.
    Add remaining ingredients; stir well.
    Chill and serve with baked corn chips, pita chips, raw vegetables and crackers, etc.
