Charlotte (Beef Casserole) - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. ground beef, browned
1 block cheese, grated
1 c. noodles, cooked and drained
1/2 c. onions
1/2 c. green pepper, chopped
1 c. tomatoes or 1 can
1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 Tbsp. ketchup
1 can cream of mushroom soup
Preparation

Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
Brown onions and peppers with beef and drain.
In large bowl or casserole dish, combine soup, ketchup, Worcestershire
and noodles.
Stir in tomatoes and meat. Spread in casserole dish.
Garnish with cheese.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
Serves 4 to 6.
