Zucchini Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. sugar
    3 eggs
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 c. corn oil
    2 c. zucchini, chopped in pieces
    3 c. flour
    1 c. crushed pineapple
    1/2 c. pecans, chopped
    1 tsp. baking powder
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. baking soda
Preparation
    Beat until well mixed the sugar, eggs, vanilla and oil.
    Add the remaining ingredients.
    Bake in greased loaf pans at 325\u00b0 for one hour.
    Makes two regular loaves.
