Corn Pudding - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. fresh young corn, cut off cob
    3 Tbsp. butter or margarine
    2 eggs
    1/4 c. sugar
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 1/2 c. milk
Preparation
    Cream butter or margarine and sugar, then beat in eggs. Add milk, salt and corn last.
    Bake at 350\u00b0
    for 35 minutes or until pudding
    is
    firm.
    If
    canned corn is used, add 2 teaspoons flour
    for
    each
    2
    cups
    corn and cream it well with butter or margarine and sugar.
    Serves 6.
