Cucumber Sauce Or Dressing - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2 cucumbers
1/2 tsp. onion juice
2 Tbsp. olive oil
1 Tbsp. vinegar
salt and pepper to taste

Preparation

Peel cucumbers and dice.
Drain moisture from cucumbers.
Mix all ingredients with cucumbers.
Chill and serve.
