Ingredients

1 lb. ground (bulk) sausage
1 pkg. (8) refrigerated crescent rolls
1 c. frozen hash browns, thawed
1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
5 eggs
1/4 c. milk
salt and pepper
2 Tbsp. Parmesan cheese
Preparation

Cook sausage; drain.
Spread rolls in a 12-inch ungreased pizza pan or 9 x 13-inch baking pan and seal.
Spoon sausage over crust.
Sprinkle with potatoes.
Top with Cheddar cheese.
Beat eggs, milk, salt and pepper together.
Pour over crust.
Sprinkle Parmesan cheese on top.
Bake at 375\u00b0 for 25 to 30 minutes.
