Picante Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. tomatoes, peeled and chopped
    1 c. jalapeno peppers
    3/4 c. onion, chopped
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    3 garlic cloves, minced
    1 1/2 c. vinegar
Preparation
    Boil.
    Simmer 5 minutes.
    Process in boiling water bath for 10 minutes.
    Makes about 4 pints.
