Cheese Ball - cooking recipe
Ingredients

8 oz. cream cheese
2 tsp. horseradish
4 drops Tabasco sauce
2 Tbsp. onion, grated fine
1/2 c. chopped beef
1/2 c. chopped walnuts
Preparation

Let cream cheese soften at room temperature.
Whip first 4 ingredients.
Add beef.
Shape into a ball, then roll into the nuts.
Refrigerate.
Remove 1/2 hour before serving.
