Chicken Marinade - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 to 6 chicken breasts
    1/2 c. soy sauce
    1/4 c. vegetable oil
    1/4 c. red wine vinegar
    1 tsp. oregano
    1/2 tsp. basil
    1/2 tsp. garlic powder
    1/4 tsp. pepper
Preparation
    Combine ingredients and pour over chicken pieces in nonmetal dish.
    Cover and refrigerate for 3 to 4 hours, turning occasionally.
