Macaroni And Cheese Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 oz. macaroni
    1/2 Tbsp. flour
    1 Tbsp. butter
    1/2 Tbsp. salt
    1 c. milk
    1 c. grated sharp cheese
Preparation
    Cook macaroni as directed.
    In a saucepan melt butter over low heat.
    Add flour and salt.
    Add milk and cook slowly.
    Stir constantly until mixture comes to a boil.
    Add half grated cheese to sauce and stir until melted.
    Add macaroni and mix thoroughly. Pour into casserole.
    Add remaining cheese on top.
    Bake at 400\u00b0 for 20 minutes.
