Upside-Down Sticky Chocolate Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. devil's food cake with pudding
    1 c. brown sugar
    1/2 c. (little less) cocoa
    2 c. water
    2 c. miniature marshmallows
Preparation
    Mix the cake mix according to directions on package.
    In a 13 x 9-inch pan, mix together the brown sugar, cocoa, water and marshmallows.
    Pour cake mix mixture over top in pan.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 until the cake is done.
    Cut in squares for serving and turn upside down.
    Serve with Cool Whip or ice cream.
