Tortilla Beef Bake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. ground beef
    1 onion, chopped
    1 bell pepper, chopped
    1 can cream of chicken soup, undiluted
    1 (16 oz.) jar of salsa or 1 (14.5 oz.) can of Rotel tomatoes
    1 can whole kernel corn, drained
    1 1/2 c. shredded cheese
    2 1/2 c. crushed tortilla chips
Preparation
    Cook meat and drain. Add onion and bell pepper. Cook for five minutes; add soup, salsa (or Rotel tomatoes), and corn. In a 2 qt. oiled baking dish, layer meat mixture, cheese, and chips until all is used. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 25 to 30 minutes. If desired, you may top with cheese or chips and bake for a few minutes longer.
