Chicken Cordon Bleu - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 boneless chicken breasts
6 thin slices ham
6 slices Swiss cheese
1 can mushroom soup
milk (measured in soup can)
1 egg
bread crumbs
salt and pepper to taste
Preparation

Pound chicken to tenderize. Dip into egg and then into bread crumbs.
Salt and pepper each piece.
Place 1 slice of ham and 1 slice of cheese on each cutlet.
Fold in half and brown on all sides until medium brown.
Place in baking dish and add mushroom soup and milk to skillet.
Stir and pour over chicken cutlets. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
Serve with noodles.
