Liz'S Coffee Cake(Terrific! The Sour Cream Makes The Difference.) - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2 cubes margarine/butter
2 eggs
1/2 tsp. vanilla
1 tsp. baking powder
2 c. sugar
1 c. sour cream
2 c. flour
1/4 tsp. salt

Preparation

Cream together margarine/butter and sugar.
Fold in sour cream, eggs and vanilla.
Add flour, baking powder and salt. Spoon 1/2 the batter into greased 9 x 13-inch pan.
Cover with 1/2 the topping (listed); add remaining batter and topping as in 1st layer.
Bake approximately 1 hour at 350\u00b0.
Can store in refrigerator wrapped in foil.
