Overnight Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 head lettuce, broken with fingers
    1 head cauliflower, cut in flowerets
    1 sweet onion, sliced
    1 lb. bacon, fried crisp, drained, cooled, then broken up
    2 c. salad dressing or mayonnaise
    1/3 c. Parmesan cheese
    1/4 c. sugar
Preparation
    Using large plastic bowl with a tight cover, put in ingredients in layers as they are listed.
    Seal tight.
    Put in refrigerator overnight.
    Toss just before serving.
    If you want to use part of this salad, dip straight down and put in another bowl to mix.
    Serves quite a group and is great for family night suppers or buffets.
