Pump-Can Bread(Makes 2 Loaves) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. flour
    1 Tbsp. baking powder
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1/2 tsp. nutmeg
    1/4 tsp. ground cloves
    1/2 c. chopped pecans
    2 eggs, beaten
    1 c. milk
    1 c. canned pumpkin
    3/4 c. firmly packed brown sugar
    1/4 c. oil
    1 tsp. baking soda
Preparation
    Sift together flour, baking powder and spices.
    Mix pecans. Blend eggs, milk, pumpkin, brown sugar, oil and soda.
    Add liquid all at once to flour mixture, stirring only until flour is moistened.
    Pour into 2 greased 1 pound coffee cans.
    Bake in preheated oven at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour and 15 minutes or until done. Cool 15 minutes before removing from cans.
    Cool thoroughly before cutting.
