Swedish Meatballs - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef, ground fine
    1/2 lb. ground veal, ground fine
    1/2 lb. ground pork, ground fine
    2 slices bread
    1/2 c. milk
    2 eggs
    1 onion
    2 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. nutmeg
    1/8 tsp. garlic salt
Preparation
    Combine above and make into 1-inch balls.
    Dissolve 2 bouillon cubes in 2 cups water.
    Add 3 tablespoons flour to make sauce. Dip meatball in bouillon cube mixture, then fry.
